Boosters are designed to be worn with Aisle Underwear and are for heavy flow days. Just tuck ends into the built-in pockets and change as needed. Each pair of Briefs and Hipsters in this Group Buy include two Boosters, but you can add more if you need. Each Booster absorbs 4 tampons worth.
