Please do not book a Warehouse Pick Up if you have not yet received an Order Arrival email for the item(s) you wish to pick up.

If you are only returning items, it is not necessary to book a Warehouse Pick Up.

If you would prefer to have your orders shipped please submit a quick Shipping Request.

Orders that are past our 20-Day Pick Up Policy may not be available for pick up. If you have questions about the status of an order please email us at orders@mommypow.ca.
